mold rolling machine for mold flipping and turnover

A mechanical turner is a turnover or tipper machine that uses an electric motor instead of a hydraulic cylinder to drive the machine.

A mechanical turner typically has a 3/4 round stand that usually rests on four motorized steel rollers. The rotational power comes from an electric gear motor that drives the sprockets via a single or double chain.

The basic stand of the mechanical turner machine has two flat platforms. And it’s used for flipping plastic injection molds in most times.

Talking about the platform of a turner stand, it is not just for supporting the load. There are also handling devices for setting up and removing the load. For example, a V-saddle, which is perfectly shaped to hold coils and reels. and Sliding platforms facilitate the transfer of loads.

For coil handling, the coil holder is a welded steel V-saddle. The saddle surface can be bare steel or covered with replaceable u HM pads.

When loading coils by crane using a C-hook or electric coil grab, slotting and/or cutouts are required to connect with the turner.

More than that, there are many unique platforms specifically designed for turner machine, aimed to fit with the client’s products and make it more convenient to do operation.

Structural supports can be used to support uniquely shaped loads

Conveyor belts and ball conveyor rollers can be used to load and unload the turner>>>>>

Here we conclude the designs that are available for customization to meet special electrical requirements:

  • Custom table sizes and configurations;
  • Optional 180 degree electric base rotation eliminates forklift repositioning;
  • Fork slots for transporting units via forklift;
  • Roller conveyor on table, electric or gravity controlled;
  • Protective covers for table and/or V-saddle;
  • Slotted table for coil handling equipment access;
  • Horizontal travel drive;
  • Built-in lift table;
