Sometimes, we will have light products such as foam and toys in cartons which are loaded on wooden or paper pallet. Waiting to be wrapped for products protection during transportation and warehousing.

If there is no any device to help fixing it, the goods will be fall if the turntable start rotating. For this kind of cases, we had this idea to add a top press platen to press and fix the goods on the turntable stationary. With the help of this device, the pallet stretch wrapper can run as fast as it can, no worries any more. The top press platen could be driven by pneumatic cylinder or electrical motor, depending on customer’s needs and the design.
