correct operation and maintenance of shrink wrapper

The operation of the heat shrinkable film packaging machine is actually not difficult. We only need to follow the following steps and there will be no special circumstances:

1. The installation of the heat shrinkable packaging machine needs to be grounded as reliably as the baler to ensure the safety of the application.

2. The machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise the service life of the electric heating tube will be shortened. For machines that are conveyed by mesh belts, the inclined installation will cause the conveyor belt to be off-center.

3. Since each machine is shipped with a power supply cable, the lead part of the terminal has the identification symbol of the power supply, which must be connected correctly. Illegal operation may lead to electric shock.

4. The heat shrink packaging machine consumes a lot of power, so the power input of the power supply must be greater than the nominal power of the shrink machine. If the specified voltage of the machine is a three-phase 380V power supply, the zero line must be input at the same time, otherwise it is easy to burn the line or electrical components.

5. First set the heating time for the machine.

6. After pressing the manual or automatic button, the solenoid valve of the rack cylinder is powered to output to push the gear, and the gear drives the chain. At this time, the proximity switch at the rear of the rack cylinder is disconnected. When the rack cylinder runs to the top dead center, the front position proximity switch of the rack cylinder is turned on, and the solenoid valve of the drying oven cylinder is energized and output.

7. When the oven cylinder runs to the top dead center, the timer starts and starts to delay, and the solenoid valve of the rack cylinder is powered off.

8. When the timing is over, the solenoid valve of the oven cylinder is powered off.

9. According to the work mode flag, decide whether to continue the next work flow.
